Fire Safety > Incident investigation

Where a fire-related incident has occurred, any organisation should strive to review the incident, learn lessons and implement any necessary changes to increase their capability to manage fire. There are occasions where an independent investigator is best placed to dispassionately review the circumstances of the incident and identify where enhancements to processes and systems should be implemented.

We can undertake incident investigations to develop a chronology of events and a detailed action log of the events which occurred during the fire-related incident and an analysis of how the incident impacted upon the organisation. From this, we can identify any necessary enhancements to existing processes and systems or the requirement for new processes to be introduced.

Through our extensive experience of investigating fire-related incidents, we know that reviewing an accident or incident can be painful for individuals and the organisation. We will undertake the investigation in a caring, compassionate manner which nevertheless explores the pertinent issues and provides answers.

We can project manage the development and implementation of enhancements including the undertaking of exercises and testing to ensure an increase in organisational capability.
