During the course of a contract, you or your organisation may suffer from a lack of confidence in a service partners ability to manage health and safety, particularly where your personnel or guests are at risk.
We offer a Clean Bill of Health service which is far more detailed than a traditional audit or inspection.
This service is an extensive and comprehensive investigation into the service partners or others health and safety risk management approach and their systems; processes; culture and personnel. We believe that this service can be used as part of due diligence, monitoring of service partner performance or part of a response to an adverse event.
Through observations, interviews, documentation review, sampling, workshops, incident review, etc. we can provide a detailed status report of the service partners ability using legislative and contractual requirements as a foundation benchmark. In addition, we can review their organisational capability and drive for continual improvement in alignment with your own goals and objectives.
Where agreed remedial plans have been developed, we can monitor and audit progress against those plans and again, provide detailed reports.
Where you wish, we can mentor the service partner to enhance their approach, etc to meet your requirements.
